What led you to pursue a career in your current role, and how did you get started in the field?

I realised I wanted to get into a field which was ever evolving, where there was always something to learn and would be useful to me in my day-to-day life. I started exploring my options through virtual events and work experiences and realised that a career in Accounting and Finance would be best suited to me.

What do you enjoy most about your job, and what do you find most challenging?

I love meeting new clients and being able to find solutions for them and help them make their business journey slightly easier and hassle free. I enjoy seeing clients being happy with the service being provided and how they're treated at Wisteria.

What I find challenging is getting used to the multiple software that is used for different clients which can be slightly difficult in the beginning.

What do you believe are the most important qualities for success in your current role, and how do you strive to embody those qualities in your work?

It is important to have excellent communication skills while dealing with clients because the way an individual communicates can play a major role in retaining a client and keeping them happy. I try to embody this by making sure I'm always friendly even under pressure and maintain a calm composure when dealing with clients.

Another important quality to have is to be results driven as clients like to see positive and quick results regarding their queries or the work being done. I try to do this by making sure I have a clear list of the things required for each client and dated with a deadline to avoid delaying and resulting in a penalty for the client (i.e., unhappy client).
